Disappointment for this pouch which should remain discreet under our clothes but which is not very practical for successfully opening its zips: difficult to reach them and slide them "discreetly". And above all the downside is on the sliding braid which surrounds the waist, the material is too "smooth" which causes constant loosening. You have to constantly tighten it to keep it the right size. I ended up cutting off the excess piece and had to tie a triple knot so it wouldn't come undone, which wasn't comfortable.

Used during a road trip in the US to hike in the National Parks, these pants are great. With tights underneath for the cold temperatures in Yosemite (it allows you to maintain good agility, you are not tight), in shorts in Death Valley (the zippers are not felt at the level of the legs when the lower part is removed), and in standard in the Canyons. It is light and takes up little space in the suitcase. I am delighted. In terms of storage, in the zipped pocket I can put my passport, license and money (I didn't have heavy rain to test the waterproofness, and I brought extra pants just in case) I don't regret it at all for choosing these pants for this trip (with classic jeans and other purchases on site).
